Imogen Randell is Joint Principal of Quantum Market Research having joined the company in 1997, and in the industry since 1991.  The breadth of her work experience (from both the supplier and buyer sides of the fence) enables her to add strategic value to whatever project she works on.  Indeed, Imogen is forever asking of our research findings: ‘but what does this mean to the client?

Upon obtaining her Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne Institute of Technology, Imogen started her career with AGB:McNair, moved to Cadbury Confectionery as a Market Research Manager and then to Research International as Qualitative Manager.

A full member of the MRSA, Imogen enjoys the challenge of both qualitative and quantitative research, ranging from very in-depth strategic studies to tactical projects on specific issues.  She has experience in a range of market segments including the philanthropy / charities, retail, travel, health and community values.
