John’s key focus is in the conduct of research that allows companies to better understand how consumers form relationships with their company, brand, products and services. He has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative approaches to research and has a strong strategic marketing background.
Prior to joining Quantum in 2007 he spent four years as a Qualitative Insights Manager for Ipsos (TQA Research). In this role he designed and and carried out research projects ranging across the following areas: market segmentation, brand and positioning, pricing, marcoms research, customer satisfaction/loyalty studies, distribution and channel management, packaging, NPD and buyer decision making.
Prior to Ipsos, John worked for over three years as a senior consultant for Worthington Di Marzio where he was integrally involved in a range of projects – and particularly those with the public sector including advertising and communication development, brand and positioning and consumer satisfaction.
