Simon joined Quantum in 1977 as Joint Principal, became Managing Director in 1991 and Executive Chairman in 2004. He has managed the development of AustraliaSCAN™ the leading monitor of Australian Social Values, since its inception in 1992 and continues his involvement in the broad spectrum of qualitative and quantitative projects undertaken by the business. He has played a lead role in the development and marketing of CareCom™, the specialist relationship management division of Quantum.
